The advanced-grade composite frame is equipped with a 12x142mm thru-axle, disc, flip chip dropout, while the advanced SL-grade composite fork is fitted with a full-composite OverDrive steerer, 12mm thru-axle, disc. It comes with Shimano GRX RX-810 hydraulic brakes, Shimano GRX RX-815 Di2 Max 34T rear derailleur, and Shimano GRX RX-815 Di2, 2x11 shifter. The Giant CXR 1 Carbon Disc WheelSystem has a 25mm inner rim width and is fitted with Maxxis Receptor, 700x40c tubeless front tire.
