- comfortable even on demanding trails
- requires a very active riding style in the corners
- a little underwhelming on flat, flowing trails

A good bike, but its longer-travel sibling happily does the same trail work with more DH capability
- Bumps simply don’t slow this thing down much
- seated climbing position puts hips and backside bang above the bottom bracket for efficient pedalling
- Needs aggression to flow through tighter turns, which won’t suit all riders
- doesn’t seem to offer any more urgency when sprinting or climbing than the amazing SB150
