Pros
  1. Sorted package with good geometry and parts

  4. Shimano drivetrain
Cons
  1. Doesn’t offer anything outstanding in terms of handling or ride character in a crowded marketplace

Canyon already has an enduro race bike (the Strive), a downhill bike (the Sender) and a playful trail bike with enduro angles (the Spectral), so where does the 170mm travel Torque fit into the range? Is it a pure bike park shredder, or does it have a side...

Pros
  1. Solid and confidence inspiring, smooth in the rough and playful on flow trails, low standover and mullet set-up gives great agility.
Cons
  1. Coil shock can take a bit longer to get the perfect set-up. Maxx Grip front tyre might be a bit slow on mellow jump trails.

  9. Steep seat tube makes for a good climbing position
